Most of our products are small and easy to post, however it is important to call us if you want to send something back.
Most people just order another if they need to change their mind, e.g ordering a silver instead of a gold nameplate.
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds if your casting didn't quite turn out as planned.
We recommend grabbing some of our smaller top-up kits to ensure you have some to play with before you create your larger casting!
