Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Ordering

  • All prices are subject to 10% GST
  • Once orders have been received, a draft invoice will be sent to you via emailing detailing your order and confirming the freight charges for your confirmation.
  • All orders will be sent by Australia Post, Aramex/Fastway and/or StarTrack.
  • Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with packages origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
  • The freight is determined by the size and weight of your order and your location.
  • Orders paid by bank transfer will dispatch on receipt of payment or a copy of the bank transfer.
  • Orders will be despatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am.  Orders received after this time will be sent on the following despatch day. 

Deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Regional Areas
Because of the distance between our states, Freight charges may have to be amended.

Freight charges will be determined by your order size and weight, and your location when it is prepared for despatch.

We will contact you if there is an adjustment required to ship to your location.

Returns Policy

· All claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.

· Please check you order on arrival and before signing for it. Signing for your package confirms

  your order has been delivered correctly and in good condition.

· If damaged stock does arrive, please notify the courier on delivery so a record of the damaged

  stock is taken before it is signed for.

· We ask that all products be returned with a tracking number. We accept no responsibility for loss of stock occurring in transit on return.

· Once we have received confirmation of the damaged stock from you and the courier company,

  and the damaged items have been returned; an exchange or refund will be arranged.
